Payments

Lily and Ann Online Boutique hosts its website on Shopify. Shopify is level 1 PCI DSS Compliant. All Shopify stores are automatically PCI compliant by default. Shopify's compliance covers all six standard categories:

  • Maintain a secure network
  • Protect cardholder data
  • Implement strong access control measures
  • Maintain a vulnerability management program

  • Regularly monitor and test networks

  • Maintain an information security policy

There are 4 levels of PCI compliance:
Level 1: Over 6 million card transactions per year. External audit required for compliance. (Lily and Ann Online Boutique is Level 1)
Level 2: 1 to 6 million transactions per year. Only a self-assessment is required for compliance.
Level 3: 20,000 to 1 million transactions per year. Only a self-assessment is required for compliance.
Level 4: fewer than 20,000 transactions per year. Only a self-assessment is required for compliance.

Once you have all the items you want in your Bag, the next step is to proceed to Checkout. Follow the steps below:


In your Shopping Bag, verify your ordered merchandise

The top section of the screen will display the merchandise you're ordering. Verify that:

  • Size(s) are accurate
  • Color(s) are correct
  • Quantities are accurate


Sign in to your profile

  • If you have a profile, your information will be auto filled
  • If you don't have a profile, you can continue as a guest


Enter your promo code

In the Offers section of your Bag, enter a promo code and select the Apply button.

  • Only one promo code can be used per order


Go to Checkout

Select the Proceed To Checkout button.

 

Input/verify your shipping information

  • If necessary, enter or add shipping information for your order. Enter your shipping information clearly, making sure you omit periods and hyphens. If the billing/ship-to address contains any special character, such as # or -, it will be necessary to omit these from the address
  • In the Shipping Options section, choose your shipping preference



Input gift card information

In the Apply Gift Cards section, enter any applicable gift cards. Select the Apply Gift Card button once you're finished.

 

Input/verify payment

In the Payment section, choose either the Credit card, Sezzle, Shop Pay or PayPal button.

  • If you have more than one credit card in your Wallet, you can choose the default card or switch to another card
  • If you choose the PayPal button, input your info as directed

 

Input/verify contact information

Contact info (phone number and email address) is required so that we can notify you of your order status.

 

Review your order

This is your last chance to confirm your selections.

  • Review your order and make any necessary changes
  • Select the Place Order button to confirm your order

We're sorry for any trouble you may have experienced during checkout regarding promotional offers. Reasons for your promo code not working may include:

  • Requirements not met for the special offer
  • Other exclusions that apply
  • Promotional offer expired

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Lily and Ann Online Boutique offers FREE returns to our customers. All returns will be accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. The following conditions apply:

  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. All Sales are final for these items as there will be no restocks.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

You may email us regarding the return at: info@lilyandannonlineboutique.com. Once we receive your request, we will review the request to ensure the return is within the 7 day time-frame. Once approved, we will email you the return shipping label to attach to your package. Once you receive the shipping label, you will have the ability to print the label and attach it to any box/package and return the items. You will have 7 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label. Once the return items have been received, we will process the return and issue the refund.

*Please note: Candles and wax melts are not eligible for returns. All sales are final for candles and wax melts. If an item is received damaged, please email us for a replacement. Free return labels are available for items being shipped within the 48 continental states only*

Shipping

We strive to process orders in a timely manner. Orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped. 

Select Track Your Order to view your order status.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Select the Track Shipment link provided in the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information

Please note: when your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. Note: Lily and Ann Online Boutique is not responsible for any shipping delays. If your package is lost or damaged by any carrier, please contact us at info@lilyandannonlineboutique.com.

Lily and Ann Online Boutique uses USPS, UPS and DHL Express as delivery carriers for our products. Items purchased from our Teespring store and other custom print items will be fulfilled directly with Teespring. Processing time may vary due to printing the t-shirts/hoodies. Teespring reserves the right to charge shipping fees and any items purchased from our Teespring store will be charged shipping costs based on Teespring policies.
